$0.50 per sq.ft. for living space

Package includes 6 sets of prints for the following

• Floor Plans

• Plumbing Plans

• 4 Exterior Elevations

• Electrical & Lighting Plans

• Roof Plans

• Site Plans (if applicable)

Any stock plan becomes a custom plan after 8 hours of changes.
Custom plan changes are $85 per hour.

A deposit of 75% of the chosen plan cost is required to start modifications. Final payment is required when plans are complete. The deposit is non-refundable.
